Hello, friends, Spring is springing in Seattle. So much so that I couldn’t choose just one photo for you today! And, with the change of season, comes two announcements for changes to my group class teaching schedule. My Sunday 5pm Restorative class at 8 Limbs Wedgwood is being cancelled. The last one is upcoming on April 14. I will continue to teach my Sunday 7:30p Candlelight Restorative class at Datza Yoga (in Eastlake, online and in-person) – but this year I will be taking all of July and August off of teaching that class, and will resume in September – so know that’s on the horizon.
If my group class teaching schedule does not work for yours, don’t forget that I have 100+ on-demand practices available online – gentle, Restorative, slow flow, yoga nidra, and more! For those of you who checked out the amazing Big Bear Bald Eagle Cam featured in my previous newsletter – it is now accepted opinion that the eggs are no longer viable. Jackie and Shadow, the bald eagle pair, are still loyally tending their nest, and the experts say they will slowly begin to venture away from it for longer and longer periods of time. Eventually, they will abandon it… until next year. Nature is a tireless teacher. Finally, I have two upcoming in-person offerings that I’m really excited about in May and June; see below.
