Warm up with me (& hot stones) this Sunday!

Welcome to December!

It is brrrr cold in Seattle, my friends! Is it cold where you are? How are you staying warm? My tea kettle is working over time, and I’ve excavated the winter clothes that have been buried in the closet for the better part of a year!

Come warm up with me this Sunday night at Datza Studio in Eastlake (Seattle)! I’m offering a toasty TWO HOUR practice: Candlelight Restorative Yoga Deep Dive with Hot Stones.

If you’ve not had the opportunity to experience this before, here’s what you can expect:

Leave your rushing and to-do lists behind; dress in your most beloved cozy clothes (jammies welcome!); prepare for a journey of self-love and relaxation. Sweet, gentle movement, mindful breath, and guided meditation… making nests for Restorative shapes (think bolsters, blankets, etc) in a warm, dimly-lit room. I highly encourage you to bring an eye cover and your most beloved blanket.

What about the hot stones? Hot stones help relax and ease tension in the muscles and soft tissues of the body and can stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system. (They are also AMAZING on a chilly winter evening.) One or two stones will be placed on your body in most of the Restorative shapes.

No yoga experience is necessary for this deep practice. I simply ask that you come as you are – with the willingness to be still and present with yourself.

Last, but not least: Save 15% with my discount code HOTSTONES15

I hope to see you this Sunday evening!

Stay warm,
Nicole
