This special evening is for anyone experiencing (or getting curious about) the initial stages of the pivotal menopause transition!*

Are you feeling fatigued, overwhelmed, scattered, and/or unable to make time for yourself? Are you feeling alone on your menopause journey? Do you know if you are even on the menopause journey?

Need some pampering? How about a date night with yourself in a chill, cozy setting?

Come nourish yourself during this unique evening that Jaime and Nicole are calling a “mini retreat”. They’ll cultivate a supportive community and a healthy space within which you can explore, reflect upon, and honor the changes that are happening in your body, mind, heart, and soul.

You’ll have the time to move, be in community discussion/inquiry, turn your attention inward, and walk away consciously leaning into this transformational stage of your life in an empowered way.

Expect to leave refreshed, grounded, and holding a specific personal commitment to nourish yourself in the coming months – and with some sweet treats and useful resources for you to explore on your own time.

Please dress very comfortably in cozy layers; bring a journal, eye cover (such as an eye pillow, soft scarf, etc), and your favorite cozy blanket.

*Not sure if this event is for you?! The arc of the menopause transition can last approximately 4-10 years – from perimenopausal through postmenopausal. You are probably (but not always!) in your late 30s, 40s, or early 50s. You may be noticing some subtle (or not-so-subtle) shifts in your cycle, mood, body, skin/hair, memory, temperature regulation, sex drive, and maybe more! You may have just begun to connect the dots, or are already quite familiar with the big picture you’re looking at!
