Private yoga sessions are a one-on-one practice designed around you – your body, your goals, your energy, and your life on any given day.
This is not a modified group class. It is a fully personalized practice, paced and shaped to where you are right now – without the pressure, speed, or limitations of a group setting. I offer private yoga because many people don’t feel fully supported by mainstream yoga culture. Fast-paced, fitness-driven classes can leave people feeling unseen, overwhelmed, or simply out of place – especially as bodies age, injuries accumulate, or priorities shift.
Private yoga offers an intentional space for curiosity, experimentation, and real personalization – without needing to justify or explain your body to anyone.
You may not feel injured or in crisis – but you can tell your body is changing. The classes that once worked no longer feel quite right. You want to stay strong, mobile, and steady, but you don't want to be pushed into intensity that ignores context – or shuffled into a chair class that doesn't reflect who you are.
Much of modern yoga – like much of modern fitness culture – is built around speed, performance, and productivity. Many people, especially older adults, don't see themselves reflected there. At the same time, Western healthcare rarely has the time or scope to address movement, mobility, or breath in a meaningful way.
What's missing is a space that is fully adaptive – where your body is the starting point, not the problem.

If you're primarily looking for a fast-paced, workout-style class or a one-size-fits-all flow, a group class setting may be a better match. And if you’re navigating a specific health challenge, injury, or life transition, Private Yoga Therapy may offer the deeper level of support you’re looking for.
My Approach
My approach to private yoga is collaborative, adaptable, and grounded. Sessions may include strength-building, mobility work, balance practices, restorative postures, breathwork, or self-inquiry – depending on what's most supportive that day. I meet you where you are.
What sets my work apart is not a signature sequence or branded style – it is the depth of attention I bring to the individual in front of me. I integrate anatomy, nervous system science, breath physiology, and years of hands-on experience into every session. I design practices that make sense for real, capable, aging bodies – not idealized ones.
I am not interested in intensity for its own sake. I am interested in helping you stay strong, balanced, and independent for as long as possible. I will challenge you when it serves you. I will slow you down when it serves you. And I expect you to participate in your own progress.

Solo session – 60 min: $135
Duet session – 60 min: $170
