Work with me one-on-one to develop a customized yoga practice that meets for your needs and goals at this time in your life! A regular yoga practice can:

  • release both physical and mental tension

  • complement your current fitness routine

  • enhance or rebuild strength and flexibility

  • recover mobility after healing from an injury

  • promote positive mood

  • reduce stress; relieve depression and anxiety

  • improve sleep

  • reframe habits/patterns

 
  • In-person or online

    • Learn to modify, refine, or simply begin your yoga practice. Focus solely on your own body's needs and personal goals for your yoga practice in a private, confidential setting.

    • Get comfortable with the basics of alignment, yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breath work), and/or meditation in preparation for group classes in a studio setting.

    • Learn modifications and how to use props for poses currently challenging to you or to allow you to go deeper in familiar poses.

    • Build strength, stability, and flexibility at home when you may not yet feel comfortable practicing in a group/studio setting.

    • Work in a focused way to maintain and improve your ranges of motion.

    • Experience the depth of one-on-one space holding through movement and/or meditation customized for your mind-body-spirit.

    WHAT TO EXPECT

    • New clients will be sent a Client Information Form, to be completed in advance of our initial session.
    • The initial session is 90 minutes so that we can take 20-30 minutes to review and discuss your Client Info Form and goals in depth.
    • On-going, most clients choose my standard one-hour session. (I do have limited 90-minute and 2-hour session times available on occasion; please inquire.)
    • Choose a one-off session, a finite set of practices, or a recurring day and time (depending upon availability).
