Weekly Group Yoga Classes
Starting in September 2025, I will now offer two (2) public yoga classes each week in Seattle, Washington:
Mondays @ 5:30 pm — Mindfulness Monday @ The Hive Studio in Columbia City // Starts Sept 8
Sundays @ 7:00 pm — Candlelight Restorative Yoga @ Datza Studio in Eastlake* // Resumes Sept 7
All bodies are welcome; simply come with the willingness to be present with yourself. Restore your resiliency and vibrancy to do your important change-making work in the world. Embodiment; stress and anxiety relief; deep inner listening; grief processing; mental healthcare; intentional rest; soul tending; community healing—whatever you need, come as you are and trust the yoga.
*Please note: If you plan to attend in person in studio, register in advance. This is a popular class that often fills.

***SUMMER 2025 HIATUS: No classes from July 1–August 31. Classes will resume on Sunday, September 7.***
This 75-minute class will transform your relationship with sleep, stress, and Monday mornings!
Restorative yoga is focused on nervous system support and deep rest. It is a receptive practice in which you build “nests” on the floor and recline throughout the experience, completely supported by props, relaxing and releasing into subtle postures. Postures (usually 3-4 per class) are held anywhere from 5-20 minutes. No yoga experience is necessary. Dress in comfy cozy layer, and bring an eye cover and socks.
Hybrid: hosted both in-studio & livestream
