I offer one weekly public yoga class in Seattle: Candlelight Restorative Yoga, Sundays 7pm @ Datza Studio (Eastlake).

Candlelight Restorative Yoga is a small-group class offered Sunday evenings – an invitation to slow down, rest deeply, and step out of the relentless pace of modern life.

Through supported restorative postures, breath awareness, and stillness, the body is given permission to soften and reset. There is nothing to perform here. No pose to achieve, no level to reach. Simply the rare gift of an hour(+) that belongs entirely to you.

All bodies are welcome. Come as you are, with nothing more than a willingness to be present with yourself.

Whatever brought you here – stress, grief, exhaustion, the need to feel less alone in your own skin – the practice will meet you there. Trust the yoga.

My Approach

This class is rooted in the belief that rest is not a luxury – it is a necessity.

In a culture that equates worth with productivity, choosing to slow down is a quiet, countercultural act. Candlelight Restorative Yoga offers a consistent, unhurried space to unwind stress, soothe the nervous system, and reconnect with yourself through stillness.

You do not need to earn rest. You are welcome exactly as you are.

“Working with Nicole will change how you feel about rest – you'll understand why rest is important, how quality rest can change your life and it might even allow you to create better boundaries. It helped me realize I was offering too much and not taking time for myself.”
