Give the Gift of Healing and Vitality This Season
/Hello, friends, near and far,
As the gift-giving season approaches, many of us are craving something more meaningful than the usual holiday rush and flurry of Amazon purchases. Would you like to give the gift of wellness and vitality this season? Are you – or someone you know – hoping to explore yoga as a therapeutic and transformational tool for healing?
This time of year can so easily sweep us into the hectic pace of the holidays – the “slip-n-slide” to the end of the year – even as nature keeps inviting us to slow down and rest more.
So, here’s an invitation to pause…
… inhale…
… exhale…
Perhaps consider giving something that can influence the year ahead for the better – to yourself or a loved one. A gesture that helps honor and reconnect with what matters, set an intention for holistic wellness, and/or simply explore what yoga therapy may have to offer.
To support that intention, I’ve created a special, limited-time Yoga Therapy offer available now through December 20. In addition to an intro series discount, I will be donating 5% of the proceeds to Northwest Harvest. Full details below!
What Yoga Therapy Is (and Why It Helps)
Yoga therapy offers personalized, holistic support for your well-being. Together, we co-create practices that meet you where you are – physically, mentally, and emotionally – and support you in moving toward where you want to be.
Unlike modalities where a practitioner works on you, yoga therapy invites you to be an active participant in your healing. Your curiosity, consistency, and engagement are what create meaningful, sustainable change.
Many people find it helpful to have a compassionate, non-judgmental space in which to do this work. That’s where I come in – to guide, encourage, and support you as you build practices that truly serve your life.
Investing in your own healing creates ripples of resilience and care that extend far beyond the mat – nourishing you and your wider community in so many ways.
(And if you’d like a deeper dive into the philosophy and process, you can always explore more on my website.)
