This 90-minute class will transform your relationship with sleep, stress, and Monday mornings!
Restorative yoga is focused on nervous system support and deep rest. It is a receptive practice in which you build a “nest” and recline throughout the experience, completely supported by props, allowing you to release into subtle postures. Postures (usually 3-4 per class) are held anywhere from 5-20 minutes.
No yoga experience is necessary; simply come with the willingness to be still and present with yourself.
