Resilience

It's been awhile, dear friends. I've not sent a newsletter in this format in just over a year. Life is constantly presenting us with opportunities for growth, patience, kindness, and courage — but these past two months+ have given us all a particularly potent time for these practices. As we move into this unknown territory together, may we all find anchors for connection, creativity, spaciousness, possibility, movement, and yes, rest.

Whether you are working with renewed or expanded commitments keeping our communities safe and functional, honoring a stay-at-home order by limiting your normal actions, in quarantine, and/or home with your children trying to figure out how to home school — every one of us needs time dedicated to quieting our nervous system; keeping our immune system strong; connecting with our own body, heart, and mind; and refilling the inner well.

During this time, I am still finding ways of doing what I love: holding space for this community to rest and reset – so that we can together be resilient during this strange time. I believe we owe it to ourselves, and we owe it to each other, right now — and always. This unique situation has allowed me an opportunity to do this online without the barriers of geography. See below for ways that you might join me, in community, from the comfort of your own home (and maybe even in your PJs).

With love & wild courage,
Nicole
