My last classes at Seattle Yoga Arts

Dear friends,
The winds of change are here once again. And I don’t just mean the blustery fall weather. (Although autumn remains one of the most brilliant teachers for how to let go gracefully, doesn’t it?!)
My Seattle yoga home for these past 6 years lost their lease in August, and has now announced they are closing the business on October 31.
If you are interested in attending my Wednesday and/or Sunday night classes virtually from the comfort of your home, you can continue to do so for a few more weeks.

Many of you have written and texted such sweet notes, and I thank you for your patience on my replies. :) Yes, I will be migrating my public classes to another studio. So, more to come very soon, as some beautiful things are being birthed as well.
