Upcoming Restorative Yoga Teacher Training

© NICOLE BRATT & CLAUDETTE EVANS

Hello, friends,

My favorite partner in rest, Claudette Evans, and I are teaming up again to offer our Level 1 Restorative Yoga Teacher Training this weekend at 8 Limbs.

Whether you are yoga teacher, a mental health counselor who wants to add Restorative to your practice, a student who wants to nerd out about Restorative yoga, or something else wonderful – this training is nourishing, educational, relaxing, and fun!

We discuss the basics of nervous system response, share some of the science behind why it’s so effective at soothing the nervous system, get really plush with our props, and practice every single pose that we deep dive into!

There is still space available as of this email – Restorative Yoga: Teaching the Art of StillnessLEARN MORE!

I hope to see some of you this weekend!

Much love,

Berry & Almond Amaranth Porridge

from Julie Morris

This is my breakfast of choice in the winter, when I have the time. It really does look (and taste) as yummy as the photo!

I use amaranth or millet, and top it off with goji berries (which aren’t mentioned in the recipe).

The recipe is vegan, but I often use diluted vanilla greek yogurt (instead of dairy free).
