Creating Space + Opportunities for Yoga Therapy
/Dear friends,
My cup runneth over. I feel blessed to have such bounty in my life. Daily, I am humbled and grateful to be doing the work that I do. I am nothing less than honored to be in my yoga therapy certification program alongside exceptional people who also love this work. I love making things happen in my world. I am loved and supported in so many ways.
And, I recognize that to find balance, stay well-resourced, and remain able to give each of my students and clients my full skillset, I need to create some space(s) for rest and digestion during the coming summer months. Time to be idle, to play in my garden, to go hiking, to explore my creativity in other ways. In other words, I’m going to practice what I preach. :)
Here are some things that may be of relevance for some of you:
PUBLIC CLASS BREAK: I will be taking all of July and August off from teaching my regular Sunday night Restorative class at Datza. There are three more Sundays to practice with me before that pause. I’d love for you to come rest with us – in studio in person or online virtually: register here.
LAST SPECIAL EVENT UNTIL WINTER: My upcoming Solstice Full Moon Restorative Yoga + Healing Touch event on June 22 at Datza will be my last public special event until late December/ winter Solstice. There are currently two spots left, and the discount code is FULLMOON10 for 10% off. Learn more
YOGA THERAPY OPPORTUNITIES: My own yoga therapy teaching practicum opportunities are fully booked into late fall. HOWEVER, I am really excited to share that several of my fellow program colleagues are actively seeking new yoga therapy practicum clients right now. If you want to do this work, and I sincerely hope that you will consider it – please send me a message and we can chat a bit about your needs and I will recommend a trusted colleague who could be a great fit for you! VACATION! I will be taking an extended vacation in about a month to celebrate my 50th birthday in Wisconsin and Illinois with family and friends! I will be on vacation July 9-24.
As always, I’m here if you have questions, comments, or just want to say hi.
Much love,
Nicole
