New class announcement!

Dear Seattle friends,

As promised, I have a new class announcement for the new year!

A week from today, I’ll begin offering a Sunday afternoon Restorative Yoga practice at 8 Limbs Yoga Centers here in Seattle. This will be an in-studio only class (that is to say, it will not be livestream). Here are the deets:

Sundays 4:30-5:45pm
8 Limbs Wedgwood

First class is Feb 5th!

Restorative Yoga classes focus on supporting and soothing your nervous system through stillness. Long-held reclined postures – completely supported by props – allow you to find deep rest and relaxation. In my classes, I often weave in guided Yoga Nidra meditation, as well.

Come as you are. No yoga experience is necessary; simply bring the willingness to be still and present with yourself. Dress in warm, cozy layers… maybe even bring your favorite blanket! (Class size is limited to 15; so do please pre-register.)
