If you are new to Yoga Nidra, it’s guided meditation that brings you into a deeply relaxed state so that you can rest at every level of your being and plant an intention/positive affirmation into your deeper consciousness. There are a myriad of benefits to regular practice – I will simply share that it has changed my life for the better.

So, find a quiet place, set yourself up in a cozy comfy way, and try it! (Headphones optional!)
