Dear friends,

As many of you know, I am currently enrolled in a 3.5-year, IAYT-accredited yoga therapist training program through Essential Yoga Therapy. My anticipated graduation (and hopefully certification!) is summer 2025.

To complete the program, I will need to complete 150 clinical teaching hours as practicum, starting in early 2024. At that time, I will be seeking individuals who are willing and able to commit to a series of four (4) private yoga therapy sessions with me. This will include an initial intake session, plus 3 follow-up sessions. (Additional sessions will be an option.) Sessions can be done together in-person in Seattle, WA, online anywhere in the world, or a combo of both.

These practicum teaching sessions will be provided at a sliding-scale rate, below “market rate” – however, my practicum rate is still to be determined.

My practicum work will be mentored by another certified yoga therapist (confidentially and outside of the private sessions themselves) to ensure the efficacy and quality of my work.

MANY of you have expressed interest in this part of my training. I’m excited to announce that my waitlist is now open! If you wish to learn more when the time comes, please complete THIS FORM.

Your expressed interest neither commits you to nor guarantees you sessions. It simply means you will be in the first group to find out full details and availability when I know them!

Looking forward,
Nicole
